Coaching can be beneficial not only for goal setting but also to deeply understand ourselves and others. Deep Conversations offer a window to the deeper layers of your consciousness, either via individual sessions or more specialised one fo r ADHD or Trauma.
Remember, wherever you are, it is okay to be there. Just take a deep breath and make a new choice.
Choice for yourself.
In my coaching practice, I use Deep Conversations—a unique blend of coaching, therapy, neuroscience, and personal experience. Many people approach their lives by seeing isolated problems, like “I struggle with numbers” or “My relationship is falling apart.” But what if these challenges aren’t just standalone issues? What if they’re interconnected, like neural networks, each influencing the other in ways you haven’t yet considered?
I was diagnosed with ADHD and PTSD in my late 20s, and it changed my entire perspective on life. When the psychiatrist confirmed, “You have ADHD, indeed, and also PTSD,” I was stunned. It felt like my world had been turned upside down. It took me months to process the diagnosis—to “suck it up” and regain clarity. During that time, I found myself in a constant state of confusion, questioning every aspect of my life. I started labelling each event with an “ADHD sticker,” wondering if my struggles were a result of my diagnosis.
Living with someone who has ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging. ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) comes with unique traits that may be hard to understand for those who don’t experience it themselves. As a coach specializing in ADHD, I’m here to help you not only understand your loved one better but also to strengthen your relationship with them.
Trauma and PTSD don’t just affect our thoughts—they alter our very being. They change the way we feel, think, and act. Trauma should be understood as something that happened in the past—a sudden, overwhelming event where the emotional capacity of your system was completely overloaded. It’s a shock to the body and mind, so powerful that it leaves you speechless, with no words to explain the horror you’ve been through. It’s as if your own mind erases the language of that pain to protect you.
