about COACHING
For who are coaching sessions suitable?
For anyone who is willing to step into the role of responsibility for their own fate and be open to bring vulnerability on the table. I work with people who are willing to take steps forward, who are willing to be open and see their reality in different perspective.
What can I expect from the first coaching session?
First session is an exploratory session for you to see if we are a match, because I bet if you want to meet someone for long-term, you make sure it is no wo-wo! We might explore your current state, struggles, goals or ideas and create possibilities to help you take steps that are needed. The ultimate aim is to guide you toward a purposeful and joyful life that aligns with your true personality and a way of being.
Nevertheless, I attract people who love to discuss their relationships, communication, life transitions or traumas {I am certified on this topic as well}.
What about following sessions or long-term coaching?
Most of the clients I work with are working with me long-term, like 3-12 months, but it depends on the person. The idea of the long-term coaching is to deepen the understanding and creative process of a change. From the science we know that new habit starts to stick in our brains after 90 days, so my shortest long-term sessions is a 3-month package, when we meet each week.
The price is 18 597 CZK / 767 EUR / 911 USD for 1 session 60 min. Prices for longer terms are discussed and offered individually. All packages are always requested.
Would it be online or in-person?
I prefer in-person contact because that is when I can truly see, feel and connect with you. It can be at a place of your preference, in a library, coffee place, etc. But I am very flexible person so the sessions can be done via online platform like MEETS

What style of coaching do you use?
My coaching style is rooted in understanding, empathy and in creation of a safe-space while I ask deep, challenging and sometimes provocative or bold questions. My goal is to understand and show you your unique needs and desires. I am very intuitive in what I ask and how I respond. Sometimes, sessions are filled with silence that helps the insights land. Sometimes, we discuss a particular topic very deeply, sometimes it is a chat to help you “put the stuff out”. It varies with every person I meet.

I love to teach clients a fact that the mind and body are connected, so many exercises are including the body – I am not gonna attempt to touch any client without clear oral permission. Exercises are connected with breath or movement itself.
We might explore your current state, struggles, goals or ideas and create possibilities to help you take steps that are needed. The ultimate aim is to guide you toward a purposeful and joyful life that aligns with your true personality and a way of being.
What types of challenges or goals can we discuss?
My coaching helps you slow down and look beneath the surface of your experiences (it can be struggles with communication in job, relationship dramas, or feeling stuck in self). Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and inner dynamics that shape how you think, relate, and move through life.
This work supports clarity, self-trust, deeper relationships, and more conscious choices—especially during times of change or inner questioning. Then we will focus on how to move from understanding to practice and execution. You can read more here.
How often do I need to come & how many session do I need?
Most of the topics we discuss are connected to other areas of our life. So the probability that we would discuss everything in just one session is very low. Change requires patience and time. But, in my experience, clients get the “MAGIC” in forms of insights already on the 1st session, but change is coming after 10-12 sessions, if you are willing to really work on yourself. Taking small but regular steps will take you wherever you want to go.
And of course, I cannot guarantee that miracles would happen just because you come.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on forward movement. Through powerful questions, reflection, and accountability, coaching helps you gain clarity, access your own insights, and take aligned action toward meaningful goals.
Therapy focuses on healing and mental health. It explores present experiences and past patterns to support emotional well-being and address psychological challenges.
Both can be deeply transformative in different ways. When used appropriately and within their own scope, each can support lasting, sustainable change.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
I recommend giving it a try—just like you wouldn’t know how a yellow kiwi tastes until you try it, you won’t know how coaching can help, until you experience it’s magic. If you are not sure how to start, I recommend to ask around. There are many people who experienced coaching and can offer you valuable information that will make you ready to start your own journey.
In which language do you coach?
I offer sessions in Slovak or English. Although I speak a bit farsi, I am not professional in it, yet.
What if I don’t know the topic or theme for the session?
This is a common misconception that you have to come up with something particular. It is okay to not know. Sometimes, the only thing we can do is to trust that little voice, or gut feeling that “this is the right thing for me”.
But don’t worry. Before the first session, you will receive questions to think about. I recommend taking a bit of your time to sit with them and let your mind flow. We can then discuss them in the session together.
